April, 2014 Rich Technology won the bidding of GT Land Plaza project in Zhujiang New City, Guangzhou.
Located near the central axis of Zhujiang New City, GT Land Plaza is made up of four commercial land named F1-4, F1-5, F2-3, F2-4 respectively and one residential land named G3-3 with a gross floor area of 900,000 square meters, including upscale shopping mall, super grade office building, super five-star and business hotel, high-end apartment, etc,. Commercial land F2-4, which is now under construction, consists of underground basement, podium building, and towers of the south, the north and the west with a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters.
